Located in the heart of downtown Kingston, a short walk away from the historical Devon's House,  icecream parlor.  Choose to Be Happy, within walking distance of the world famous perfect for heat treat,  capitolizes on the close promximity of this staple of Jamaican culture offering a little joy with sweetness. 

The accommodations were perfect!
Featuring neatly kept grounds with mango trees and high end furnishing and decor.  Choose To Be Happy are mini apartments available for rent equiped with a  mini kitchenette offered in each rental space.

Our points of destinations included visits to the Mineral Baths of St. Thomas Parish, the Devon House, the Bob Marley Museum and Hellshire Beach. All of this with some great yoga! Stay tuned for our video clips on our Youtube Page!

A website that answers how yoga could reach people of all economic status, ethnicity and age is @, based in Kenya. It is an eye opening experience to visit their site because they've discovered a way to make yoga an employable means to create 
wealth through health, carving a space in health industries. From their website they state, " More than 200 young people, trained as teachers, are earning a living wage by teaching yoga to people who otherwise would not have the opportunity. " This is the template that should be copied in countries around the world!
