Yoga in Ancient Egypt
A fresh look at Yoga's newest path, Egyptian or Kemetic Yoga, written by Eboni Pearson examines the contributions of Ancient Egyptians to the practice of Yoga. It includes an original play, highlighting a Third Eye Vinyasa that is choreographed to replicate the practice of Yoga within Ancient Egyptian rituals . A comparison of Hindu and Egyptian deity, spiritual texts and images aid in this objective examining the origins of Yoga. It challenges the reader to define the line between appreciation and adoration as it focuses on the role of religion in the practice of Yoga.

Sat Sana

Sat Sana - a synonym for community, good company, a congregation of positiviTY.
A website that answers how yoga could reach people of all economic status, ethnicity and age is @, based in Kenya. It is an eye opening experience to visit their site because they've discovered a way to make yoga an employable means to create wealth through health, carving a space in health industries. From their website they state, " More than 200 young people, trained as teachers, are earning a living wage by teaching yoga to people who otherwise would not have the opportunity. " This is the template that should be copied in countries around the world!

I  had the chance to sit with Tiffany Ellison owner of Jersey Girl Creations, a company she describes as her, "outlet for creativity in making natural products that are gentle to the skin and affordable." I was amazed at the smoothness of her whipped shea butter products and had to share! Visit and
Like her on facebook JerseyGirlCreationLLc. And read more about her in our next blog post .You'll be glad you did!
